We try our best to make sure the goods are delivered in the correct size and colour. However, if for some reason there is a mistake on our part regarding size and colour, we will provide you with a refund once you have returned the goods.

If a product is defective or does not meet your expectations, please send an e-mail to so that we can contact you within one business day and find a suitable solution. 

What can I return?

  • You have the right to return any goods you ordered from The GoodPeople web shop within 14 days of receipt. After you let us know you want to return the goods you have another 14 days to send the goods back to us. 
  • We will only refund goods that are returned with all delivered accessories and tags intact and in their original condition and packaging. Unpacking or trying on the product is only acceptable to the extent necessary to judge whether or not you wish to keep the product.
  • Please note that we do not accept returned goods if we suspect the item has been worn or damaged by the customer.

On receipt of your order, we advise you to:

  • Open all packaging carefully.
  • Save the shipping box.
  • Immediately check whether the product meets your expectations.

    How do I return a product?

    • You should return any item within 14 days of receipt.
    • Carefully return the items in the box in the original packaging and with tags enclosed.
    • Use the return form for instructions
    • Take the package to your nearest post office to return it to The GoodPeople store.
    • Send the package by registered post. If the package is lost we will need proof that the parcel was received by a forwarder.

    If you would like a refund and the returned goods meet the above stated conditions, we will return the amount you paid for the goods as quickly as possible. This will be no later than seven working days after we have received your return. 

    It is possible to exchange an item if the preferred replacement is in stock. Please contact us at if you wish to reserve a replacement before returning the goods. In case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will receive a refund.

    If you wish to return the goods, please fill in the return form included in the package and send it together with your return within 14 days of receipt.

    We suggest that you email your complaints to If this will not lead to a solution you can choose to report this to Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Since February 15th, consumers in the European Union have the option to report complaints to the ODR-platform of the European Commission. You can find the ODR-platform via
